More About Kevin…
Kevin was the President of Cadpo [private engineering software and services company] 15 years before the company was acquired by INCAT/Tata Technologies in 2005. He retained his role until 2008 when Tata Technologies appointed him as CMO to managed the integration process. At Cadpo, Kevin’s leadership enabled the company to expand its operations throughout Europe, Asia and North America. At Tata Technologies, Kevin was the company’s Chief Marketing Officer from 2008-2010 and led the company’s efforts around brand platform development and directed multiple marketing initiatives including BETTER INNOVATION [bringing the first Tata Nano vehicle to the US]. He then went on a three year sabbatical where he discovered his interest in mountain climbing. This interest combined with his propensity for business ideas gave birth to Next Level Expeditions. Incubating and getting Next Level Expeditions off and running was a real inspiration for Kevin as he did this with his son Ben who now runs the business under a different company name “Expedition Souvenirs” www.expedition-souvenirs.com
Kevin returned to Tata Technologies in June of 2013 as the global Chief Marketing Officer where he led the BETTER SOLUTIONS campaign for exponentially growing the company’s business pipeline. In addition, Kevin worked to build new marketing teams in the UK, India and the US which were then positioned to create digital demand creation strategies for company growth. To measure the effectiveness of Tata Technologies customer loyalty, Kevin recommended and then led the company’s strategy to deploy Net Promoter Score throughout its global business.
In October of 2014, Kevin assumed the responsibilities as the company’s Chief Operating Officer and President of Sales for the Americas. In addition to serving on the global executive leadership team and running the business operations in the Americas Kevin has led Senior Leadership Team’s team building activities in Colorado in 2014 and 2015.
In August of 2016 Kevin retired from Tata Technologies and is now focused as an angel investor into various business opportunities around the world, mentoring startup entrepreneurs and writing about his personal life experiences.
